Coaching Exercises
1. Humour is one of the best known stress relieving strategies around. What can you do today to help relieve your stress and/or the stress others are experiencing?
2. What strategies could you put into play to ensure every day has some comic stress relief for you and others?
3. Keeping in mind that what one person thinks is funny isn't going to work for everyone. For the strategies you came up with in questions one and two above, are there any boundaries you need to honour?
