The first "self-coaching" book I wrote a number of years back is still quite popular and I just realised this morning that I've never blogged about it. I'm not sure why the oversight, so I'm correcting that today.
30 Days of Incredible Awareness!
Self awareness and exploration is part of the human experience, and is a central part of what people are looking for when working with a life coach. Now imagine that you had access to 30 of the core awareness building exercises used by life coaches – more than 30 sessions worth of personal discovery – all in one place!
30 Days of Incredible Awareness brings those questions and activities into one e-book, and you can use this incredible resource to coach yourself. And, you can pace your journey. For you awareness adventurers, you can take the fast track and work through one significant exercise per day for 30 days, or you can go a bit slower and do one per week for 30 weeks – the choice is yours, and this tool can help expand your awareness about how you make choices too.
This book covers topics ranging from discovering your values, strengths, opportunities and dreams. It also includes how to tap into your own inner wisdom, how important your relationships are to you, what you are giving (or not giving) yourself permission to do, and even how to improve how much you smile and laugh on a daily basis.
There’s something for everyone, everyday. And at this incredibly low price, you’re receiving the value of coaching at less than 1% of what it would cost to hire a Life Coach to work with you on these same exercises. Be your own coach now and start the journey today. Or if you’re already working with a coach, consider bringing your insights and responses to these exercises to your next session with her or him.

Coaching Exercises
1. If you took up the challenge of an intensely focused 30 day self-discovery process (using this book or any method of your own), what outcomes would you want to achieve?
2. Have you ever gone through an intensely focused self-discovery process like this before? What were the outcomes?
3. If there are obstacles you believe may be in the way of you actually doing this self-focused challenge, what are two solutions for each of those obstacles? Plan for the solutions now and the obstacles will have less power.
4. As a result of these questions and your considered responses to them, what are you committing to?
As always, if you need any further personal support in response to any of these coaching exercises, please consider using the askacoach.com service.
All the best,
Noel
