Here's a really short video from one of my favourite websites. TED and one I think will help us all look at world peace differently, one household at a time.
Laura shares so many important messages in this three minute video. Watch it again if you feel you didn't catch them all. I'm particularly attached to the message that world peace starts one household at a time.
Coaching Exercises
1. Who needs to hear "thank you" from you right now?
2. How do you know? Have you asked? If you haven't asked what someone needs to be acknowledged for, how can you do that today?
3. What do you need to learn how to do, or to improve? Is it the asking for what others need, the telling how grateful you are, or both? How could you make that improvement happen?
4. As a result of these questions and your considered responses to them, what are you committing to?
As always, if you need any further personal support in response to any of these coaching exercises, please consider using the askacoach.com service.
All the best,
Noel
