There are two interviews you can download and listen to at no charge that I think you are likely to find very interesting.
Get the downloads here.
The first interview is actually me talking about the upcoming Inaugural ECI Australasian Coaching Conference: The Future of Coaching - Embracing the Opportunities of the 2010s (You can download the Conference Invitation Pack here.)
The second interview is of Rohan Dredge, "The Coach's Coach" talking about not only his services to coaches, but his passion for helping our coaching colleagues achieve their desired personal and professional goals.
Both interviews are about 15 minutes long and worth listening to.

Coaching Exercises
1. If you were to interview someone in either your personal or professional life today, who would you interview and why? (Keep in mind this doesn't have to be about publishing the interview...you could just do it because you're interested in the person.)
2. What questions would you ask? What would the purpose of those questions be? What would you expect to learn?
3. If you then did actually share the interview with others, what would the purpose of that be? How do you believe others could benefit from this information? How could you actually publish it if you had permission from the interviewee to do so?
4. As a result of these questions and your considered responses to them, what are you committing to?
As always, if you need any further personal support in response to any of these coaching exercises, please consider using the askacoach.com service.
All the best,
Noel
