Much of Australia is still in a devastating condition of drought and as you can imagine, farmers are hit the hardest.
Aussie Helpers is one of the many "good work" projects currently running in Australia to help farmers affected by the drought, including support to address the depression which often appears in situations like this.
Please check out their site today, and if you feel so inclined make a donation and/or you may even want to go to one of their fundraising events. All of the information is there for you.
Coaching Exercises
1. Take a moment to think about all of the things you have in your life which is the result of the efforts of the farming community.
2. Imagine the impact on you if these things aren't available to you any more, or are too expensive to access, as a result of drought and climate change. How will you adapt?
3. What do you believe you could do to support the needs of farmers in your country?
4. As a result of these questions and your personal exploration and answers, what are you committing to?
As always, if you need any further personal support in response to any of these coaching exercises, please consider using the askacoach.com service.
All the best,
Noel
