Hello everyone!
Today I received the phone call that I have been awarded Coach of the Year 2008 by the Australian New Zealand Institute of Coaching! (ANZI Coaching)
Not only am I sincerely honoured and touched by this, I'm also completely thrilled, excited and jumping up the walls and off the ceiling (like an old Fred Astaire movie...only not dancing as well)!
There's a brief announcement up on the ANZI Coaching Blog today and the formal announcement comes out in their newsletter tomorrow.
You can read the short announcement here.
To everyone who nominated me, and in any and every way had something to do with this achievement, Thank You!
Winning an award like this can only happen when one is surrounded by and engaging with wonderful, interesting and loving colleagues, clients, friends and family.
Thank you everyone and I promise I'll follow through with the responsibilities of such an honour.
Cheers,
Noel
Coaching Exercises
1. Is there someone you need to acknowledge today for their contribution? Even if it's just a quick "well done" or a "thank you"?
2. How and when will you do it?
3. How and when will you celebrate your own contribution and achievements?
4. As a result of these questions and your personal exploration and answers, what are you committing to?
As always, if you need any further personal support in response to any of these coaching exercises, please consider using the askacoach.com service.
All the best,
Noel
