High Ideals is about Positivity, Integrity and Impact - Connecting and promoting those who raise the bar in business practice.
Today's Criteria: Integrity - Fairness
Fairness refers to the consistent demonstration of the ability to think from a "win/win" perspective, meaning that all relevant stakeholders' needs are considered and honoured to the best possible extent.
Some coaching questions have been provided for you below so that you can explore to what level you demonstrate this value in action.

Coaching Exercises
1. How important is being fair to you as a business professional? Think about yourself demonstrating it and also how you appreciate it when you're the customer/vendor/partner on the receiving end of this professional behaviour.
2. What feedback do you have about your own performance for this criteria? What have you done, or will do, with that feedback? How have you, or will you, seek out feedback if you're not already receiving it?
3. What are the opportunities for improvement in how you demonstrate this value in action?
4. As a result of these questions and your personal exploration and answers, what are you committing to?
