
The IIC welcomes their new Head of the International Team, Barbra Rudmann.

Barbra joined the IIC several months ago. She is an enthusiastic coach, currently working as a Shared Service Director at Johnson & Johnson d.o.o., responsible for the South East Europe region. Barbra has many years of experience as a senior manager and leader in several international companies. She is always keen on and dedicated to developing members of her team. She has a great interest in people and revealing their potential to help them grow and develop. Encouraged with coaching experiences and results achieved with her current team in Johnson & Johnson, she launched her coaching and consulting business in Slovenia with very ambitious plans for growth and expansion.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. She studied coaching at Nobel Manhattan Coaching and one of her future plans is to become a strategic partner of Nobel Manhattan Coaching (an international coach training organization, headquartered in UK) for Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia.
