I am very proud to be a part of a very unique new project called High Ideals.
Watch the video here.

Coaching Exercises
1. How important is it to you to work with, purchase from, or in any way do business with people who are recognised for having High Ideals?
2. How do you let them know you appreciate them and how they demonstrate their High Ideals?
3. If you don't let them know now, how could you today and in the future?
4. As a result of these questions and your personal exploration and answers, what are you committing to?
As always, if you need any further personal support in response to any of these coaching exercises, please consider using the askacoach.com service.
All the best,
Noel

To achieve this each goal was broken down into manageable chunks and as such into smaller goals. During the coaching sessions, each smaller goal was addressed and a number of steps discussed and actions agreed. As each small goal is achieved the longer-term goals defined initially, start coming closer.
