As an add-on to an old property a toilet/shower block had been added to the front of the single story building.
To allow us to really see what we had purchased we organised, in the period between our purchase of this property and the next visit in December, 2008, to have a lot of foliage removed and this block demolished.
Originally we had thought just to have the foliage removed, but as the equipment required to demolish the foliage would also be used to demolish the toilet/shower block for the phase 1 of refurbishment, it seemed sensible to organise for this to be demolished at the same time.
