If we look at cultures and the way in which we choose to greet our family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances, what do we say (through our words and our actions) when we greet them? Travelling around the world has shown me that we all have our own way of doing this and more frequently today with family and friends - sometimes also with colleagues - we hug.
